Horrific Uncomfortable Experience.The amount of times he said bra was creepy. Even after I told him that I heard him the first few times, he still said it again.I asked for a blanket to cover myself because I was wearing a skirt and the female behind the glass came out and said “he’ll give you one once he gets you positioned”I felt uncomfortable being uncovered while getting up on the table and while laying there and just wanted to be covered.He told me to ask my Dr for Xanax to chill me out for the scan . He (Sebastian ) gave me the key to get me purse from room 3. I go in, grab my purse with the door open and Jamie pushes the door close hard.and fast. I push it open fast and ask her why she closed the door like that and she said she didn’t see me in there. You didn’t see me inside with the door open???I had just walked in there a few seconds ago after he handed the key to me in front of her.The tag team was unprofessional and provokingBig waste of my time

The staff at MRI Associates of Sarasota were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted with warmth and smiles when I arrived at 6:45am. The MRI tech, Dana, was EXTREMELY supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m claustrophobic so I have to take a calming medication when I have any MRI procedure done. Dana was very understanding and helped me tremendously as I had the scan on my back done. She knew EXACTLY how to get me thru the scan with ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was dreading the MRI and Dana made it very easy for me. I will DEFINITELY be back when I need to have more imaging done. A HUGE thanks to Dana and the staff for a positive experience! Thank you sooooooo much!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Let me start off by saying my husband is extremely claustrophobic. He had great anxiety about having his MRI done . For anyone who is told they have to have one , the panic is real . These folks get it . Sabastian was my husband’s technician, he was hands down amazing. My husband was treated with dignity and respect. He was not rushed . The front desk was also understanding . Top notch establishment, state of the art equipment, and fast running, leaving little time to contemplate leaving before it even started . Thank you folks very much!

First time I had to get an MRI, Cassandra was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Sebastian (my tech) was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable.

After 4 day of calling being 5th caller and making to 2nd and U geta recording leave a message.and will get back to.U in 24 hoursNever happened Call again wait on list get to next caller and line goes dead. Call next day same thing and finally fourth day get a call from MRI girl said hello and goes dead again. I don’t want my experience with technicians to be the same put me in machine and they forgot about me and go home for the day and leave me in machine. First impression mean alot and for that reason I called the doctor and change the office to Partners Imaging Center in Saradota and got an appointment in two business daysDeal with the right people and get the Best Service.

My wife needed an immediate MRI and called late on a Friday afternoon and both the manager (Cass) and the technician (Dana) accommodated us with the last appointment. We were late getting to the appointment due to the traffic and both Cass and Dana stayed late to ensure my wife’s MRI was performed. Both Cass and Dana were very professional, kind and compassionate during our visit.

Had an 10am this morning. Had to have recent blood work as it was required. When I arrived I was informed their equipment was not capable of doing my scan. Maybe they should inform people if their equipment is not up to date.

Clerk and staff were friendly and my diagnostic testing was completed within my appointment time and in a very efficient manner. Loved the open MRI machine too. Techs kept me posted and informed of time and updates during my CT scans and MRI’s. I would highly recommend this MRI center. Thank you. Lisa S.

I brought my dad for an MRI. The staff were very nice. He was called right back, and the facility is nice. He wanted an open MRI, which we found here at this office. Only negative- very hard to access the driveway.

I must say I was so Amazed how comfortable the atmosphere is in this place…I attempted to have this service done in a different area but due to my condition I had to come an hour away to this office…It was definitely worth it I don’t know the name of the receptionist but she was so kind…And Sébastien WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.He took his time to explain everything to me before he started and he was soooo understanding of my fear…he made it so comfortable and fearless…It’s people like Sébastien that make the entire world a better place for ppl like me

I was referred here by a friend and I am glad I came. Dana my tech was kind, friendly and helpful.I have a fear of enclosed spaces and she made me feel very comfortable during the exam.I would recommend this place if you need an MRI and the price was extremely reasonable.

We’ve always had great experiences here and Venice location, friendly staff and are very helpful when insurance has delays in authorization or denial…they work quickly with your medical provider to appeal to get you in for imaging as soon as possible. They also offer self pay options at affordable rates so you do not delay in getting the care and answers you need when your insurance wants to be difficult.

Extremely competent, friendly and efficient. Seen on-time and provided a copy of my scans within minutes of completion. Jamie and Dana were great as well as the front desk. Keep up the great work.

Checked in at the front desk, answered the questionnaire that I was given, few minutes later I was taken back for the MRI. Sebastian talked me through what would be happening, answered my questions and helped alleviate many of my apprehensions. Such a nice positive tech. The open MRI was something I could handle! The MRI was a challenge for me.UNTIL… the girls at the facility talked to me and discussed what was going to happen and showed me the machine. The staff and receptionists were very professional, kind and caring.Special Thank You to Cassandra who never left my side and got me through the procedure..The girls operating the MRI equipmentJamie & Dana, I also have to give very high marks. Talked me right through the whole procedure.
