When I called, Megan answered the phone very politely and was extremely helpful. I don’t like sitting around waiting for appointments and she was able to get me in two days ahead of schedule. The tech that performed the MRI, Lori was great too. They both had big smiles and made me feel very comfortable. I waited about 5 minutes and Lori took me right in and 20 minutes later I was done.Thank you both.

I left a review and my review was basically no one answers the phone so your responses please call us so we can discuss this matter. No I left a detailed review. What the problem is. I’m not gonna call your phone number that nobody answers that would be ridiculous. I have better things to do with my time so I’ll just leave my next review here. I hope you enjoy it

Well, let’s begin with just trying to make an appointment due to an accident. I needed an MRI seven times after receiving the messages from you. I would call back right away and I was always first in queue. Well, I don’t think that was the case every single time I’m first in queue after eight minutes no one still has picked up a couple of times it cut me off And I’m sorry I have other things to do with my life. If you can’t pick up within an eight minutes 10 minutes I’m done. I give up seven times I repeated this process. It took me almost 2 1/2 weeks to get this appointment made Once I got there today, the girls were fine. They were wonderful that was smooth, but I’ve been to Bose imaging for three MRIs before CAT scans x-rays and such I have never ever had a problem. They always called me made the appointment first time. Why is it such a hassle to get an appointment at your place when I finally talked to the girl to schedule me I let her know and she said that they were aware of it so apparently I’m not the only one complaining one last thing I have one last complaint somebody needs to ride on the MRI machine go all the way through to the north end and look up and see how much grime is on that. It’s a medical machine. I think it should be cleaned once in a while. No, I will not call your office to discuss this. If you wanna call me you call me you have my number 941-201-0814.

Great staff, very helpful and kind. Megan, and Dayana at the front were friendly and welcoming, and Lori did my imaging quickly and with great bedside care. Highly recommend. They’re in the middle of an office remodel, so bear with them, but it’s worth it! Way better than Bowes, give these nice people your business!!

Worst medical experience ever! The technician who only works on Friday has an atrocious patient care manner. He seemed harried and made me feel like I was a bother. Apparently he had a heavy schedule that day, I was the first. This should not have been my problem or even made known to me. He complained to the front desk as he came out to get me.Then he had problems with the MRI machine. Again, not my problem but in his way he made me feel it was partly my fault. I wasn’t far in enough, etc. When I asked if there was music (to help block the noise) he complained about that too. Didn’t know if it would work but I could have the headphones anyway. One side worked, horrible radio station and so on.He kept trying but the MRI didn’t work so in the end I asked him to cancel the whole thing, I was done being abused (mentally) and wanted out. He brought the table out and then gave me a nasty look when I hopped off before he had time to lower it. I couldn’t get out fast enough.To top it off, the door to the room that held my purse was not even closed, let alone locked as it was supposed to be.I will never use this facility again. I went to Manatee Diagnostic Center and requested my order be sent to them. I have always had excellent experiences there. Only went to Bradenton MRI because the specialist sent me there. Never again!I might have expected someone would call to apologize, if only to prevent me from writing this review. Did not hear from anyone.

Staff is caring, courteous and professional. Dana performed MRI with state of the art open machine and communicated with me appropriately during procedure.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from MRI Associates. Professional but friendly. Explained everything they were doing. I have used them twice.

The reception staff is warm and compassionate to begin with. They’re very efficient and very willing to accommodate if possible. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position to need x rays or MRI, (I’ve had both at this location), they’re the place to go. The woman who performed my MRIs and my x-rays is excellent at her job Their radiologists have a good reputation for thorough and detailed reports.5 stars! 🤩

Brought my teenage daughter in for an MRI a couple of weeks ago, and we had a great experience! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and very professional. The paperwork was ready to go, and we didn’t have to wait long to be called back. The MRI technician was wonderful as well. She was very kind, friendly, patient, and made sure my daughter was comfortable before the imaging began. I would recommend MRI Associates to anyone needing imaging.
