Staff is nice and does a good job, but don’t go here for ultrasound/sonogram if you’re expecting. They have no screen mounted for you to see anything. Not only are you robbed of the fun experience to see your little one, but it’s completely nerve wracking. The ultrasound tech, although apologetic for no screen, says, “let me get pictures of what I need, then I’ll turn my screen for you.” But then continues to do her job in expressionless silence so you’re left terrified for those minutes that feel like hours not even knowing if there’s a heartbeat. They need to just get a screen for this location.

Although I was late a few minutes due to getting lost on Central Avenue they graciously kept my appointment. I don’t think the signage on the building “MRI Associates” is smaller than the rest of the signage and easy to miss. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

I was in and out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The facility is clean and neat. The downside was that the staff wasn’t very friendly, and I understand they’re not there to entertain, but a simple smile would make the experience much better. They weren’t rude, just not welcoming.

Today I had my Lumbar MRI done at MRI Associates in Winter Haven, and I was really impressed with how everything went. The staff were welcoming and professional. The facility itself is spotless and feels up-to-date, with a nice waiting area that’s cozy enough—though I barely had time to sit down before they called me in, which I loved.The MRI equipment looked top-notch, and the technician was great about making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The scan went quickly, and I was in and out faster than I’d anticipated (7:00am appointment and got out at 7:21am). I recommend MRI Associates at Winter Haven to anyone needing imaging. They’ve got a solid team and really know how to keep things running smoothly!

Very friendly receptionist, spacious waiting area and everything seemed to be very clean. The tech was very friendly and pleasant. The MRI Tech lead me to the changing area to which they offer you lockers for your belonging and you hold the key during the whole procedure and even that area was very clean and private. I was a little claustrophobic, but the tech kept me comfortable and continue to check on me during my MRI brain scan so overall process I was satisfied with and she was very patient and caring.

DON’T GO HERE! Completely unprofessional, inefficient, no communication skills from the staff or woman who set up my appointment. They waited until I arrived to tell me one word was missing from the referral, so they could not proceed ****This is after confirming the appointment with me TWICE & I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WEEJS AGO……In all that time & with all those conversations, they couldn’t clarify my referral with either me or my Doctor?!?!?!What an unorganized & slipshod excuse for an office!!Worst excuse for customer service ever! Rude & condescending receptionist & other staff.

I have been to this facility twice recently for a Mammogram and then later for a CT Scan. I found the staff organized, professional and caring! Would definitely recommend this facility!I seem to be a regular patient at this facility & as always they were timely, efficient, and kind. I always leave laughing! Had a problem with the orders from my doctor’s office & they bent over backwards to assist me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went today for an MRI and I think his name was CJ that did mine. He did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and even put a cloth over my eyes so I couldn’t see in the tube. I even fell asleep inside and I’m claustrophobic to the max so that says a lot. He definitely deserves a raise. Thanks for a job well done.

Scheduled appt and then say it was at a different time. Come back in 2 weeks. I called the day before my appt… no one said anything about a time change. All correspondence does NOT give time of appt. Took 4 months for my dr. to get results.

I was in the middle of a task that required all of my attention when I got a call from these guys with a recorded message about making an appointment for a scan which would have been fine if I had been connected right away but instead I was put on hold. No one likes being on hold but calling someone and then putting them on hold is taking it to a whole new level of stupid. Then the person phone sounded like I was inconveniencing her when I bought it up.

My check in was at 7:45 my appointment was at 8. I was done and back at home by 8:20. I didn’t have my insurance card but that wasn’t a problem. I was greeted by a very friendly woman with beautiful sunflower tattoos at the front desk. The woman doing my xrays was also very friendly.

Very unprofessional, make an appointment and even confirmed on the phone day and time then get there told it was made for a different day but could come back the next day. Get there then are told there is a problem with the Auth and would have to reschedule. This is info that should have been told to us the first time. Will never use this place again have to take time off work and waste gas driving around.

I hate to write this bad review however it has been awful experience for my disabled veteran husband to schedule a CT scan. First notified 2 business days before his appointment that was scheduled a week and half before that they didn’t get VA approval and canceled his appointment before giving us a chance to call VA. So I asked for manager and girl said they would keep appointment if they got the hard copy from VA. So I got that done but supposedly MRI didn’t get fax so next day Friday I called VA again she faxed again. I called 30 minutes later and she said got it good to go. Got a callback from MRI now that it is a contrast appointment and will need to change to Tuesday appointment because that’s only day they do contrast and appointments out to August….and again I asked for manager because not our fault…next about 4:30 same day the VA community care lady left message that lab work needed done before his Tuesday appointment….he already had another appointment Monday close by MRI associates to do both same day so no way he can go on short notice to VA to do labs. Apparently the labs had to be within 30 days and his was just over that. So I call yesterday Monday to reschedule and was told by same girl I had been talking to that apparently they read wrong no contrast and I asked are you sure she said she verified it yes just still come tomorrow (which is today) and no contrast. So today the day of appointment my husband got text at 1:53 needed to call to reschedule appointment so I called and on hold over 10 minutes finally a different person than I had talked to answered said he needed contrast and labs will have to reschedule! 🤦‍♀️ The new appointment is now exactly one month from my labs going to be done on July 9th! She even suggested I do them a few days later after all their mess ups! If it wasn’t for a pain to get the change from community care I would not hesitate to change because this is awful and ridiculous to treat a veteran like this having issues and needing this done in a timely manner. Not waiting until last minute to tell him oh now you need this done in 1 day when it’s an hour half drive! Shame on you all from MRI associates! I will NEVER use this company again after this for myself either!

I went to this MRI facility and being handicapped I used their wheel chair and was treated and helped with respect. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs for the service. They had staff available to assist me into the table, afte me they helped me get into their pants. The staff wanted me to be safe and kept asking if there was anything they could do.I am appreciative of their assistance and this helped to relax me. Nice, pleasant and very professional staff. They told me to show up at 4pm then when I got there they said I was late. They said that they told me to show up at 3:45, but no one told me anything about being early. They then booked me 2 more weeks out. I drove over 40 mins to come to this appointment and then they tell me I’m late because someone didn’t tell me to show early for paperwork. They could have sent the paperwork electronically or simply told me the correct time to be there.
