I was referred my my Pain Management Doctor, walked in to the MRI office in Venice and they took me right away…. The staff was very friendly and professional and said , “just give us a call in 2 days to get a copy of my X-rays and prognosis “…… Great experience 5⭐️

Drove down to this location for wide bore MRI. A bit claustrophobic but needed this long overdue scan completed. Staff could not be more accommodating in making me comfortable & even pretesting feel in bore. Staff were very patient and after some trial & error, was able to find a comfortable position to complete. Thank you to the staff for their professionalism & assistance. Kim was a wonderful tech. Highly recommend this location.

I recently had an MRI at MRI of Venice, and as someone who struggles with claustrophobia, I was quite nervous beforehand. However, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain the process and ensuring I felt calm every step of the way. Their new MRI machine is truly impressive—spacious and designed with patient comfort in mind. I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt during the procedure. If you’re looking for a top-notch MRI experience with a team that genuinely cares about your comfort, I highly recommend MRI of Venice!

The staff has been awesome from the start. Walked in to make appointment and got on pretty quickly. The staff called me to let me know insurance issues and then called me back to let me know it’s been resolved. When I was called to confirm my appointment the staff was very polite and let me know the exact amount I would have to pay. Walked in this morning and the staff was super friendly and I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend Mri Associates in Venice.

Had my order for over a month and they kept rescheduling me due to MRI machine being replaced, understandable. However, the last time they had called to reschedule and put in my new insurance, they never saved my new appointment date. They seem a bit unorganized perhaps. I’ve never encountered this before at other radiology locations to where an entire appointment is lost after a 10 minute phone call with insurance / mri preliminary questions. Very disappointing.

Better than R.A.V.E.Highly Recommend!I like that they didn’t hassle me like RAVE did.MRI Associates has better scheduling and better imaging.I pay for products or services. Not hoops n hurdles. I like that there wasn’t hoops n hurdles.

I was in alot of pain and and Kim fit me in for chest and rib xrays on the same day I called. She was so nice and professional. She helped me figure out my co-pays for next week when I needed a brain MRI, neck MRI, and a spinal column xray. Both the tech Kim, and the xray tech were wonderful. I felt very comfortable. Everyone at the front desk have been great and friendly. You can tell everyone at Venice MRI Associates knows their job well and are experienced. I will be using them instead of my former busy imaging clinic. I wish I would have found them a long time ago! Thank you MRI Associates of Venice!

I went to have an ultrasound today and I was very anxious about this appointment!I am so so very, very grateful for Deborah my ultrasound tech!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. not only was she beyond knowledgeable, She was informative, sympathetic, as well as empathetic.! She made me feel seen heard and understood, and that is extremely rare in the medical world for us patients.The front desk team were kind ,Patient and informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently went to MRI Associates in Venice. It was a pleasant experience. The front desk were friendly, professional and handled my paperwork efficiently. Kim was my technician. Kelly was able to schedule 3 procedures I needed all in the same day. When I got there Kim proceeded to do both MRI’s back to back, handed me off to Michelle to do a CT scan and I was out of there in about an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased at how comfortable they made me feel as I was suffering from sciatica in both legs and every movement was a painful effort.Fantastic experience, thanks again everyone.

Had 3 appointments at this place. Drove 1 hour to appointment. 1sappointment”we don’t have you scheduled.. OK go for 2nd scheduled appointment. “We don have you approved, have to reschedule. OK. 3rd appt. We have you approved but not scheduled. Yes you do 10 am Dec. 8, arrive at 9:45. “Nope,we.have nothing for you. “Yes you do You and lady at desk set it up and gave me date and time. I have written confirmation and patient witness to verify. “They’re nothing for you and we’re booked up. Very incompetent office per who don’t know left from right. How does this office function? No wonder they have hiring immediately notices on office door. What a fiasco. We will request physicians and providers to stop using MRI and geyt someone who can get the basics done. Poor service, no empathy, and staff could care less. Do not have half a clue what they are doing. Pathetic.

I went here yesterday for an ultrasound. It was performed by Chris. I highly recommend her. She knows exactly what she is doing and how to make you feel comfortable. The office staff at the Venice location are awesome also.
